ILLUSTRATION

Hello!

I am a Freelance illustrator from the Lake District, England. I finished my degree in 2014

(I studied illustration) at the Manchester School of Art, where I received a First Class with Honours, and the Illustration Alumni award. After spending 6 years in the Lakes after my degree, I decided to follow my life long dream of living in Cornwall, and moved in Spring 2020. I am loving the constant inspiration of the world around me and cannot wait to do some more nautical based work.

 

I love to draw and paint by hand, though also really enjoy drawing and colouring digitally, which you can see in the 'portfolio' section. 

 

I am a little obsessed with the theme of nature, and spent my final year at university illustrating self assigned projects based on the sea and the Lake District. 

 

A little bit more about me...

I have 2 Border terriers, called Pippa and Evie, I love to make my own sketchbooks/journals and then fill them with sketches and ideas. I often carry one around with me as I am enjoying drawing on location a lot more nowadays!
